Each guest room and the living room feature a smart TV with streaming Netflix etc.

Pelican Lookout is a top floor beach front condo with amazing Gulf of Mexico views. Enjoy the sunrise over the Gulf as the waves lap against the shore and the sea birds fly by. One of my favorite things to do is count the pelicans as they coast by on a breeze . Find comfortable teakwood furniture to lounge and dine on the deck. Access this beautiful beach front desk from your well appointed living room or bedroom. You'll enjoy your expensive view from both rooms. This two bedroom two bath condo features an open floor plan to take maximum advantage of the beach views. Kitchen dining and living room as well as master bedroom open to gorgeous Emerald Waters that hold your gaze. You'll be mesmerized all day. And in the evenings... there's the moonrise over the water. This well stocked kitchen allows you to make great meals with dining for nine people 13 if you count the deck. This is a gorgeous place to gather and enjoy the island lifestyle. King Master Suite with ensuite tub shower bath, Queen / twin trundle guest room, air bed and a comfortable sectional sofa with extra bedding included. Spacious guest bath with shower and large granite vanity. Find boogie boards each toys and beach chairs in our storage closet. Or order chairs and umbrellas from the beach service. So convenient.
Our condo has Wi-Fi and streaming TVs with Netflix and all of the apps you could want for streaming local channels as well as all of your favorites.
There are two Crystal clear swimming pools large hot tub, two Beach accesses with showers and gated parking. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator with luggage carts on site.
