Just a 2-minute walk through the resort with a coded, private beach access gate and you’re on the sand! Casa Bloom
is a simply gorgeous, boutique, boho inspired home-away-from-home on the beach of South
Padre Island! This one bedroom/one bath condominium comfortably sleeps four with its full
size, vegan leather sofa sleeper in the living room (all linens provided) and king size, canopy bed
in the master bedroom. Slip into restful comfort with an alternative down (hypoallergenic)
duvet and100% organic cotton matelassé cover boasting an elevated simplicity that rivals the
very best bedding found at luxury hotels. The bedroom also has a custom built-in desk/beauty
center with lighted/magnification mirrors; built-in custom wardrobe with two fluffy bathrobes, 2
pair complimentary slippers, iron and ironing board; and en-suite access to the bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for baking or preparing homemade meals, plus
extra luxuries such as a coffee/wine bar with Beveridge fridge; Keurig and full pot drip coffee
makers; coffee & tea provided; built-in microwave; crockpot; blender; hand mixer; huge
farmhouse sink; quartz countertops; slide out pantry with salt/pepper/spices; built in wall oven;
large pot drawers and more!

The bathroom features high end design with brass tapware, a large, walk-in shower and
creamy, handmade Moroccan zellige tile. With loads of extra storage & drawers, the bath is
stocked with luxury towels, over-sized bath sheets, pool towels & beach blankets for your use
during your stay as well as an in-room safe to securely store your belongings.
Entry has a handy drop zone area with lots of hooks to hang towels, bags, beach hats, umbrella
and beach basket. Yoga mat and hand weights are provided in the large storage drawers under
the bench seat with comfy cushion for lounging.
This is a non-smoking/no pets allowed condo with 580 sq ft, free Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen SMART TVs
(one is 55”) with live streaming and cable with Direct TV.
Casa Bloom was completely remodeled in January 2024 and is a beautiful example of refined,
coastal design. It’s tastefully appointed with high end furniture and décor, soft colors and
natural materials giving your vacation experience a calming, relaxed, island feel. Cleanliness is a
top priority as well as responsive, on-site management. Be prepared to feel pampered as we
have very high expectations to provide our guests with a boutique vacation experience like no
other!

About the Resort
 
Location, location, location! Our beachfront resort at The Tiki offers guests absolutely the most
perfect location on the island! Sitting right on the beach, our resort condo is steps away from
the newest pier in the Gulf of Mexico, live music, outdoor concerts, and great food! For
oceanside dining, a bite to eat or a cocktail, walk right across the sand to Bar Louie (the original
gastrobar with flat screen TV’s to watch your favorite sports team), Clayton’s Beach Bar (SPI’s
largest beach bar & grill) and On The Border offering a Tex Mex, family dining experience. A
spectacular fireworks show can be seen every weekend, all summer from either of the two
large, heated pools at The Tiki, the pier at Clayton’s or just sitting on the beach. (Yes! You can
watch the fireworks from your floatie in the pool!) One of the heated pools at The Tiki is only
steps away from the condo’s walk-out patio featuring al fresco dining and comfy lounging
outside with a lovely courtyard view. Wooden storage cabinets on the patio have beach chairs,
pool floaties and sand toys for your use. The resort also offers BBQ areas for grilling out; a cozy
firepit; a library/business center with computer/printer access; an on-site guest laundry facility
and private, easy parking with zero entry access as Casa Bloom is on the ground floor.
All island activities and attractions are a walk, drive or shuttle away. The SPI shuttle stops in
front of the condo complex and offers free transportation anywhere on the island or there are
many golf cart rental venues, Uber and BB’s taxi to help you easily get around. Visit South Padre
Surf Shuttle or SPI-shuttle for shuttle service to and from the airport. Water activities
include boogie boarding; snorkeling and scuba; surfing; jet ski and sailboat rentals; parasailing
and banana boat rides in Laguna Madre Bay. For the fisherman in the family, SPI offers bay
fishing charters; deep sea fishing; fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Many island
restaurants will offer to clean and cook the fish you catch! Ask for Catch and Cook! Other
popular island activities, excursions and tours include bird and turtle watching; beach 4
wheeling; Island Adventure Park horseback riding; walking the Laguna Madre Nature Trail; Eco
and Dolphin watch tours; a tour of historical Port Isabel and the lighthouse; Dinner/Sunset
cruises; the Pirate Ship from Pirate’s Fishing Pier and even Helicopter tours of the island! The
Beach Park Waterpark at Isla Blanca has award winning rides, or you could take a 30-minute
drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos & 39th in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the
border is Matamoros, Mexico for a day trip. For golfers, you’ve got to experience the South
Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista and for those who just want to stay close to the resort,
SPI is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and calm, warm waters. Beach volleyball, and
lounge chair/umbrella rentals are available on the beach in front of the resort.

Safey - Active exterior camera overlooks the front door recording audio and video.
Outdoor video cameras are located throughout the complex for security as well as a
security guard walking the property on weekends.

2024 Guest review
The condo was recently totally remodeled. It's beautiful. It's a 2 minute walk to the ocean and another 2 minutes to some of the most fun places on the island. A great place to stay!
