This beach side home is perfect for gatherings of all kinds. not only it the location in a gorgeous area of the island the home itself is just that, gorgeous.... This professionally decorated home is right across the street from the beach with surf views. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on the northern end of the island among other big beautiful homes with tropical landscapes and will sleep up to 12 people. A full size private pool is just out the back door with volley ball accessories and more and the beach access is right across the street. This " Haven " will impress even the toughest " critics "No Smoking, No pets, Age 25+ Required.  All Rates are subject to change. Seasons and Specials change is posssible without published notice.

Kitchen & bath soap, extra paper towel and tissues, paper plates, paper napkins solo cups etc. Make sure to bring electronic devices, music, and gaming, computers and video to TV cables are great and dvd movies.

Sustainability Vision Statement
Our vacation home is eco-friendly... we use NEST thermostats. Nest thermostats are set at an eco-friendly temperature that  allows for ecologically responsible vacationing in a nice cool vacation home at 70 +, degrees.  We invite you to contribute to our efforts by being mindful of  keeping doors and windows closed while using the AC system. Please do not try to cool the island.  If you should require a cooler temperature we can set it up especially for you for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.
We use eco-friendly paper products to reduce waist and are careful with our water consumption both inside and out. If you would like to make some suggestions as to how we could be more ecologically responsible, send us a note or text. :-)

Note: it is important to note that this is a self-catered home please bring all supplies and items you want for your stay. Please make sure to bring all items you want to have during your vacation.... bring your soaps, paper products, plates, paper towels, tissue products, as well as electronic music and gaming devices.

Reservation Deposits:
25% of the Rental Fee is due with your Rental Agreement to reserve dates.
75% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date and will be auto charged to the card on file on or a few days after the due date.
