Service animals are allowed in pet-friendly homes only. Any and all animals or pets will require an advance application fee of $200. No Exceptions.
Firearms are not allowed onsite at any of our rental properties. If forgotten or found, there is a retrieval fee of $500 due prior to retrieval.

Damage Protection Fee: A $75 damage waiver fee with be automatically charged to your reservation. This fee covers accidental damages up to $500. If your accidental damages should exceed $500, you will be charged directly for any additional amount. Accidental damage is evaluated by onsite management.
Reservation Deposits:
25% of the Rental Fee is due with your Rental Agreement to reserve dates.
75% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date and will be automatically charged to your card on file on or within a few days of the due date.
(6 guests MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY)
Extra Guest fee $25 per guest per night
TVs and coffee maker, microwave, electric stove and oven, beautiful gourmet kitchen.
Mailing Items: There is no US Mail delivery to the Resort. Use UPS or Fed-Ex
