About the Space
Event fees start at $900 and go up to $5,000 per event. Please reach out to Jan Whittington 281-2220-432 for a custom quote. We will need the date and time request as well as the number of guests and style of event that you will be scheduling.
Interested in having a private event at South Padre Island. We have a wide range of spaces to offer from beautiful beachfront or bayfront homes, intimate Island interior homes with gardens and pools. Or our newest addition, Emerald Bay Gardens Bayfront garden and lawn with a beautiful pier reaching out into the bay.
