The living room features quality entertainment center with a large flat screen.This is a spacious easy access ground floor condo that was designed to takeadvantage of the bay front and poolside with easy access from the living area. Within a short distance, (5 minute walk), of all of the entertainmentand restaurant venues that South Padre Island offers, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, perhaps your daily catch from the bay, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped. With the well appointed queen master suite, a queen in the guest suite along with two twin bunk beds great for children, and the sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo accommodates up to 8 overnight guests comfortably with multiple sleeping options. Or you can combine this with La Solana 115 and or 118, 114, just a couple doors down, to accommodate up to 24+ guests! TV's, internet and a washer and dryer along with a reserved parking place add convenience to make this the perfect location for your bay front stress free South Padre Island vacation! This property always requires a minimum of a three night stay, but some seasonal periods may require a longer stay. All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. To qualify for a late check-in, you must have returned an esigned Guest License Agreement, Properties that are animal friendly will be marked as so on ourwebsite but require pre approval. However, the number, weight, and type of animal allowed varies for each property. All animals must be approved and registered prior to check-in and are subject to a $100 animal fee(+tax/processing).
