If you have been dreaming of the perfect place to have a large family getaway or friends get together, look no further! Our fully equipped home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Lots of space!  4 downstairs bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fully stocked, so your packing is easy.  Extra 5th bedroom space is available upstairs for additional guests along with two queen air mattresses. As a guest, you have full access to our neighborhood amenities, including pool, tennis court and gym, all just one block away. (Wristbands must be worn when using amenities)
Take in the morning sunrise while enjoying your cup of coffee from either the downstairs or the upstairs covered and shaded patios.Enjoy a round of golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club, with a clubhouse just a short block away. (Fees required) Enjoy scenic walks around the neighborhood and bring your binoculars for some incredible bird watching. In the evening, sit around the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows, or cook some locally caught fish on our outdoor grill.
Our home is not only kid friendly, it's a kids dream place with a special kids play area complete with Barbie house, dolls and strollers, coloring books, crayons, play-doh, board games, and a giant outdoor Jenga set that is fun for all ages. Pack n Play is avaiblable for our smaller visitors.
We are just a short drive the beaches of South Padre Island. We have a beach cart available for you to use along with beach towels, beach toys, and an umbrella.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything you need if you want to cook at home, including coffee makers to suit any coffee lover's taste.  For those nights that you don't feel like cooking, just one block away is the very popular Divots Restaurant. Great for dine in or take out.

Please note, there are additional locked rooms upstairs that are not available for guest use. All bathrooms are on the first floor.

Outdoor quiet hours are from 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We ask that the thermostat not be set below 72 degrees and that you be mindful to keep doors and windows closed while using the AC. Any excessive energy use that is a result of the AC being run under 72 degrees will be collected as an additional charge.

Important Notes Regarding Animals & Firearms
Service animals are allowed in pet-friendly homes only. Any and all animals or pets will require an advance application fee of $200. No Exceptions.

Firearms are not allowed onsite at any of our rental properties. If forgotten or found, there is a retrieval fee of $500 due prior to retrieval.

Processing fee for Credit Cards                                                                                                                                              Damage Protection Fee:  A damage waiver fee with be automatically charged to your reservation. This fee covers accidental damages up to $500. If your accidental damages should exceed $500, you will be charged directly for any additional amount. Accidental damage is evaluated by onsite management. 

Reservation Deposits:
25% of the Rental Fee is due with your Rental Agreement to reserve dates.
75% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date and will be automatically charged to your card on file on or within a few days of the due date.
