This water front vacation getaway has a casual island style where your group can enjoy this million dollar view on the bay. Watch the sail boats pass as the sun sets over the water and listen to the sound of birds and rustling palms in the warm breeze.

This is a self-catered vacation rental just you like your own private home. Make sure to bring your own electronic devices, music, gaming and computers.

Service animals are allowed in pet-friendly homes only. Any and all animals or pets will require an advance application fee of $200. No Exceptions.
Firearms are not allowed onsite at any of our rental properties. If forgotten or found, there is a retrieval fee of $500 due prior to retrieval.

Damage Protection Fee: A $75 damage waiver fee with be automatically charged to your reservation. This fee covers accidental damages up to $500. If your accidental damages should exceed $500, you will be charged directly for any additional amount. Accidental damage is evaluated by onsite management.
Reservation Deposits:
25% of the Rental Fee is due with your Rental Agreement to reserve dates.
75% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date and will be automatically charged to your card on file on or within a few days of the due date.
