South Padre Island Vacation Home Rental 5 star for families
It is a short walk to the beach, (half block)! All the amenities you need in a townhouse are included. This professionally decorated home include wonderful features like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and 10' ceilings. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs, with a large TV in the family room for winding down after a great day at the beach!
This townhouse boasts a beautiful full size kitchen with seating for 4 at the counter in addition to a dining table. In the hall is the stack washer and dryer. A gated swimming pool is just outside the back door with both patio and grassy areas. There are also external showers to rinse off chlorine and sand.
With a mid-island location, our townhouse is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, sports, entertainment and shopping. This condo has everything you would need for a terrific and relaxing vacation in South Padre Island can be found right here!

Firearms are not allowed onsite at any of our rental properties. If forgotten or found, there is a retrieval fee of $500 due prior to retrieval.

Reservation Deposits:
25% of the Rental Fee is due with your Rental Agreement to reserve dates.
75% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date and will be automatically charged to your card on file on or within a few days of the due date.
